Rules and Directions
- Flowers must be home-grown
- To prevent tipping use a suitably weighted container
- Use clean containers
- Live flowers must be used unless otherwise stated
- Be sure to measure; some flowers are too big for the class
- If bud shows colour, it is considered a bloom
