Rules and Directions

  • Display is placed on table approximately 4 feet long
  • Display to include table cover, back drop, and a card, 6″x18″, with group’s name on it
  • Display to be set up by 12:00 a.m. Friday, and remain until 4:15 p.m. Saturday
  • Each group display entry pays a $5.00 fee unless the group has donated $15.00 or more to the LAS
  • The group display must follow current fair theme
  • Theme to be clearly posted on display
  • Minimum of 12 items and a maximum of 15 items
  • Items are to be labeled or listed on a separate sheet of paper
  • Hand-made items, unless otherwise stipulated
  • Open to any organization: Women’s Institute, Clubs, Senior Groups, Lodges, Schools, Church Groups, Youth Groups, 4-H and Junior Farmers
  • One week before fair, contact Homecraft Secretary Mary Lou Raynard to reserve space
